Lori N. Scardina Utsinger

Lori N. Scardina Utsinger has been practicing law in Illinois since 2009 and in Iowa since 2015. She joined Betty, Neuman & McMahon in 2014. Prior to joining Betty, Neuman & McMahon, she worked in her hometown of Peoria, Illinois. Lori is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Northern Illinois University College of Law. She practices primarily in workers compensation and civil litigation defense.

Lori currently serves as a board member for the Iowa Association of Women Attorneys. Lori is also member of the Rock Island County, Scott County, Peoria County, Iowa State and Illinois State Bar Associations. She also participates in the Illinois and Iowa Defense Counsel Associations. Lori is admitted to the United States Central District of Illinois.

Lori and her husband Jeff currently reside in Colona, Illinois, with their son Archer, two lazy cats and a dog. In her free time, Lori likes to spend time with her family and friends as well as travel to new places. When she isn’t chasing around Archer, she likes to craft and likes to restore and paint furniture. She also has a love for old classic movies.
