Peter Thill distinguished himself as a law student and law clerk before joining the firm in 1996.. While at Drake Law School he was honored with membership in the Order of the Barristers, having represented the law school on its National Moot Court Team as well as insurance Law Moot Court Team. He authored Insurers' and Courts' Response to High Dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant Treatment of Breast Cancer; A Tragedy or Necessity?. 32 Drake L. Rev. 863 (1995). He then spent a year clerking for the Hon. Arthur A. McGiverin, Chief Justice of the Iowa Supreme Court.
Peter is a member of the Scott County, Iowa State and American Bar Associations, the Iowa Defense Counsel Association, Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Lawyers and the Quad-City Claims Association. |
